For a custom sun lounger or sunbed, the fabric plays an important role in both comfort and appearance. We work with outdoor fabrics from brands such as Sunbrella and Sunproof. Both brands offer many options for made-to-measure sun lounger cushions, seat cushions, back cushions and additional outdoor cushions, with differences in look, collection and price level.
Looking for waterproof fabric or an extra moisture-resistant finish? Several options are possible. Because not every fabric has the same properties, we advise you based on how the cushions will be used.

For a particularly premium result and a very extensive collection, we often recommend Sunbrella. If you are looking for a strong outdoor fabric in a more accessible price range, Sunproof offers many possibilities. Other brands are also available. In our showroom, you can compare different brands, qualities and textures side by side.
FROM HIGH-RESILIENCE FOAM TO POLYETHER THE RIGHT COMPOSITION MAKES THE DIFFERENCE
The comfort of a custom sun lounger cushion depends on more than thickness alone. Foam type, firmness, elasticity and the overall cushion construction determine how supportive or relaxed the sunbed feels.
We work with different high-resilience foams that are elastic, shape-retaining and available in several firmness levels and qualities.
Polyether is also available in different densities and firmness levels and can be suitable depending on the desired comfort and cushion construction.
The right choice depends on cushion thickness, the height of the sun lounger and how the furniture will be used.
For a double sun lounger, we can make one continuous cushion or separate cushions for easier handling.
Additional back cushions or decorative cushions can also be made to coordinate with the main sunbed cushion.
